Basil Marinated Strawberry Shortcake

4 basil leaves 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 pint strawberries, fresh, stems removed and cut into quarters
Place all ingredients in a sous vide bag and vacuum seal. Submerge fully in your fusionchef water oven at 140F for 25 minutes. Serve on shortbread or angelfood cake. Also delicious over ice cream!
