Seared Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin (approx 1 lb.) Salt Dry meat rub  
1. Preheat your fusionchef water oven to 155F / 68C. 2. Sprinkle salt on the tenderloin and rub in the dry rub. 3. Place the meat in a sous vide pouch and vacuum seal. 4. Submerge fully in yor fusionshef water oven and sous vide cook at 155F / 68C for 55 minutes. 5. Remove from the water oven and rest on drip tray. 6. To sear the loin, preheat a skillet on med-high heat with a little olive oil. When pan is hot, remove the loin from its pouch and briefly sear the outside of the loin on each side for about 40 seconds per side, gently rolling the tenderloin in the pan for even external browning.
