Bush beans with olive oil

  • 500 g bush beans ((cleaned 470 g)
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 branches of savory
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
Wash and clean the beans and blanch quickly in salted water. Then shock in ice water and drip-dry. Place next to each other in a boil-proof bag and season with salt and nutmeg. Then drizzle with olive oil and vacuum with 100%.

Cook the vegetables in the fusionchef by Julabo water bath at 180 °F for 45 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, cool in ice water in store in a cool area. To serve, warm in the bag and toss briefly in a sauté pan.
