No pots to scrub or pans to wash!
Escape dish duty & relax with friends
Just unplug and empty the water from your countertop oven.
I'd much rather visit with my dinner guests than do dishes. With fusionchef, there are no pots or pans to worry about or put off until morning.
When a party's over, the last thing I want to do is dishes. There are so many times I've just stacked them up to deal with them the next morning. One of the coolest things about using my new fusionchef water oven at dinner parties is how easy clean up is:
(1) Just unplug after cooling.
(2) Empty water into sink.
(3) Wipe dry with a soft towel.
Escape dish duty:
Just unplug your fusionchef,
I knew sous vide would save me time cooking, but I didn't reallly think about how it could help me out at parties. For my last dinner party, I was able to batch cook on Thursday night and then just bring everything up to temp in my fusionchef on Saturday. I spent minimal time in the kitchen during the party, yet served great-tasting food that was cooked pretty perfectly. Because of fusionchef, I was free to visit with my guests and not cook in front of them all evening. And when it was time to clean up, I was done in about a minute. Instead of washing pots and pans with my girlfriends, we were able to sit around and enjoy our coffee and conversation.
If you'd like to try sous vide for entertaining, I recommend you get aSous Vide Starter Set from fusionchef, which comes with a water oven, vacuum sealer, food pouches and a great sous vide cookbook: everything you need to get started with sous vide.
Thanks fusionchef for getting me out of dish duty!
