Sous Vide Prawns Diablo

1.5 lbs fresh 16-20 gulf or tiger prawns 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp[ chopped cilantro 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp whole butter 4 wedges of fresh lime 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp sesame oil
1. Vacuum seal everything together. 2, Sous vide cook at 135F for 20 minutes. 3. Serve over a salad, or as a main dish.
