Curried Vegetables with Spicy Mint Yogurt

1 cup cauliflower florettes 1/2 cup carrots sliced into matchsticks 1/2 cup zucchini matchticks 1/4 cup green beans 1/4 cup snap peas 2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp kosher salt 2/3 cup yogurt 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp chopped mint
1. Place all the green vegetables in one bag and the others in a separate bag. 2. Create marinade of remaining ingredients and split evenly between the two bags. 3. Vacuum seal each bag and submerge into your fusionchef water oven. Sous vide cook the green vegetables at 165F for 11 minutes, and the other vegetables at same temp for an additional 9 minutes (20 total). 4. Remove bags from water oven and place on drip tray. 5. Unbag the vegetables and cool to serve as a healthy snack or serve hot as a savory side dish
