Sous Vide Butternut Squash

2 large butternut squash, peeled and diced 1 tablespoon of butter 2 sage leaves Pinch of salt
1. Place butternut squash and other ingredients in a sous vide pouch. 2. Vacuum seal and fully submerge the pouch in your fusionchef water oven. 3. Cook for one hour at 155F / 68C for one hour. 4. Remove from water oven and rest on drip tray. 5. Unbag the squash and serve with pork or pasta, yum!
