Ingredients:
Whole baby tricolor potatoes Thyme Garlic Salt Extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Place small whole baby tri-color potatoes in a food pouch (be sure not to overfill). 2. Sprinkle with thyme, garlic, a little salt and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. 3. Place the bag of potatoes on the counter and ensure they are in one layer, then vacuum seal. 4. Submerge the bag fully in your fusionchef water bath and cook at 165F for aout an hour.
