Time and Temperature Guide


Once foods reach temperature, fusionchef water ovens keep meals moist and hot ?(without overcooking) until meal time.

For low-temperature sous vide cooking, required temperatures range between134-183°F (57-84°C). Precise cooking times are mapped out in our fusionchef sous vide cookbooks and recipes so everything will come out perfect, every time. For target temperatures and recommended cooking times, please refer to the chart below.
